Dock Street Communities
Dock Street Communities (Myrtle Beach, SC) was looking for an easy way to share information about their homes and communities. They wanted a clean website design to highlight their unique locations and offerings. Although the Dock Street site is powered by our Content Management System called Latitude, they also keep us on retainer to help make site changes in a timely fashion.
The primary feature of the website is the detailed information available for each community which leverages the power of our home builder modules including communities, floor plans, and photo galleries.
Using the communities module ensures each one is shown in a consistent manner including details like Community Description, Driving Directions, Contact Info, and area details. They can easily include community plans, covenant restrictions, and area school details.
The floor plans module allows them to setup a floor plan with elevations, first and second floor plan details, and printable PDF versions of all plan information. Once a plan has been added to Latitude, they can re-use it in other communities. If a plan is available in multiple communities, website visitors will see links to each neighborhood for each cross-selling.
The photo gallery provides Dock Street Communities with an easy way of sharing pictures from each neighborhood. The images are displayed in a slideshow with navigation buttons making it easy for site visitors to navigate the photos at their own pace.
